Why We Need To Stretch Our Bodies: The Fuzz Speech Video

Written by

Today on this fitness Friday I am going to share a video. The video is known as The Fuzz Speech and I first saw it when one of the yoga teachers shared it on her facebook page. The video explains why we need to stretch, why we need to move our bodies. Part of the video shows the examination of a cadaver and it's done in such a way that we can see what he's explaining. As we writers know it is better to show than to tell. I have been stretching like a cat every morning when I wake after seeing this and can really tell a difference in the way I feel when I do (and when I don't)

So here is the video:

Remember to stretch and move your body!

This is the fitness tip of the week.

Love and light,

Debra
